Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Digi Eminence, we value our clients and strive to deliver quality services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds may be requested.


1. Service Cancellation

  • By Client:

    • You may request to cancel a service by sending a written notice to our team.

    • For one-time services (e.g., website or app development), if cancellation is requested before work begins, a partial refund may be granted after deducting administrative and consultation charges.

    • For monthly or ongoing services (e.g., SEO, social media management), cancellation must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

  • By Digi Eminence:

    • We reserve the right to cancel or pause a service due to non-payment, misuse of services, or breach of our terms. In such cases, no refund will be provided.


2. Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable:

    • Payments made for consultation, research, strategy planning, and project initiation are non-refundable.

    • No refund will be provided once the project or monthly service has started.

    • No refund for paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) once the ads are live or budget has been spent.

  • Eligible Refunds:

    • Refunds may be considered only if:

      • Work has not started and cancellation is requested in writing within 24 hours of payment.

      • There is a genuine failure in delivering services as per the written agreement, and a mutual decision is made.

    • Any eligible refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days after approval.


3. Change of Service

  • Clients can request changes or upgrades in services (e.g., shifting from SEO to Paid Ads), but additional costs may apply.

  • No partial refunds will be made for unused portions of service time if changed midway.
